Boos Block® Mystery Oil is a special blend of refined food-grade mineral oil and naturally antimicrobial oils and waxes that penetrates the wood surface, revitalizing and sealing the wood to protect it from bacteria, moisture and the effects of repeated use. Boos Block® Board Cream also contains beeswax, which makes the product thicker than Mystery Oil and protects the wood surface from food, moisture and the effects of repeated use. Both products revitalize the wood and bring out the rich, natural grain and color of your Boos Block® product.

- Mystery Oil® is NSF® certified and safe for all wood surfaces used in food preparation. It is tasteless, odorless and does not go rancid.
- Mystery Oil® penetrates deep into the grain of the wood surface to revitalize the wood fibres and protect them from drying out and cracking.
- Protects the wood from bacteria, water and the effects of repeated use.
- The cap makes dosing easier. Recommended application is once every 3 to 4 weeks or when the wood surface looks or feels dry.
